Backup Administrator I - Remote

Overview

The Backup Administrator is responsible for supporting integrated enterprise applications and delivering excellent customer service while troubleshooting and maintaining backup solutions.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience supporting Windows and Mac OS.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent certifications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is desirable.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V and VMware.
• Experience managing corporate backup solutions.
• Knowledge of networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN).
• Certifications such as MCSE and CompTIA A+ preferred.
• Experience with O365 administration is highly desirable.
• Willing to travel to clients as needed.
