Technical Recruiter (Mid–Senior Level) - Remote

Overview

Appfigures is looking for an experienced technical recruiter to help us find and hire exceptional people. In this role you'll get to own the entire hiring process — from sourcing to closing — and help us grow our world-class team of developers and product thinkers.

In Short

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles—engineering, product, and potentially others
• Hire frontend and backend engineers with experience in technologies like React JS and C#
• Proactively source candidates using creative outreach strategies
• Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS
• Conduct initial screens and guide candidates through the interview process
• Provide feedback and guidance to interviewers
• Help shape our employer brand
• Track and report on hiring metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
• Strong understanding of the engineering hiring landscape
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
