Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Appcharge, you will be responsible for the post-sales technical onboarding of publisher partners, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional client experience.

In Short

Own the technical implementation of publisher integrations.
Review publisher architectures and design optimal integration approaches.
Support and troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding.
Configure and validate integration environments.
Document and communicate technical requirements clearly.
Contribute to improving integration tooling and documentation.
Act as a technical counterpart to Account Management and Onboarding teams.
Collaborate with account managers to maximize DTC revenue.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in technical integration or solutions engineering.
Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and payment processing.
Proven ability to read and debug code and logs.
Experience integrating with mobile game backends or payment systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly autonomous and comfortable working with global teams.
