In Short

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to build and validate solutions.
• Participate in Weekly Sprint Planning & Daily Standups.
• Interview users to validate designs and learn about user problems.
• Use and build upon our design system.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into product decisions.
• Identify high impact areas to work on and iterate.
• 8+ years of experience in web-based product design.
• Expert design instincts and best practice knowledge.
• Experience with Figma and maintaining components.
