Warehouse Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for tracking stock movement and ensuring accuracy in inventory management, conducting regular stock audits, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with inventory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and stock adjustments
• Oversee the engraving, labeling, and tagging of asset identification numbers
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels
• Verify and post inventory transactions for accuracy
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely stock replenishment
• Perform regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc degree in a related field
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of inventory management and control
• Proficiency in computer applications and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reporting skills
