Graphic Designer (m/f/d), Remote, Full-Time

Overview

As a Graphic Designer (m/f/d), you will significantly shape our external image. You will quickly and professionally implement graphic tasks in accordance with corporate identity, whether for social ads, brochures, or mockups. You will work closely with our marketing and creative team to actively develop our visuals, leaving a lasting impression on our target audience.

In Short

• Develop visually appealing and sales-effective creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and continuously improve your results.
• Enhance existing designs and bring variety and freshness to our advertising materials.
• Think iteratively and regularly test new mock-ups and variants.
• Create engaging presentations, brochures, and whitepapers – both digital and print.
• Aim for designs that require ideally 1-2 feedback loops.
• Work closely with our marketing team, provide constructive feedback, and be open to receiving it.
• Actively contribute to optimizing our briefings and communicate reliably in our daily routines.

Requirements

• A completed degree in graphic design or a comparable qualification in media design / graphic design.
• Initial professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the digital environment.
• Knowledge of the basics of advertising psychology and understanding that design should not only look good but also be effective.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and structured – whether under time pressure or with creative freedom.
• Open to feedback and eager for personal development.
• Bring self-responsibility and time management skills for remote work.
• Familiarity with our target audience (especially educational institutions) or willingness to dive deep into the subject.
