• Lead the Professional Services developer segment, guiding a team of 8 developers.

• Contribute to project development while maintaining hands-on coding skills.

• Support developers in overcoming technical challenges.
• Work on documentation and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in JavaScript/Node.js development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
• Hands-on coding and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing or mentoring a team is a plus.
• A degree in software engineering or computer science is preferred.
