Overview

Apheris is looking for a hands-on Security Lead to define, operationalize, and scale its security capabilities, focusing on cloud and application security, incident response, and corporate security.

Requirements

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in security engineering or related fields.
• Expertise in AWS security, IAM, and network security.
• Experience with secure development lifecycle practices.
• Strong understanding of authentication and secrets management.
• Experience in handling security incidents and threat detection.
• Ability to influence secure design decisions across teams.
• A pragmatic mindset balancing security and usability.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
