• Follow up and manage opportunities to close deals effectively, acting as a Closer.
• Provide support and resolve inquiries through digital channels (email, phone, and video calls).
• Evaluate client eligibility and guide them through the service activation process.
• Maintain high service standards, ensuring timely responses and personalized solutions.
• Collaborate in developing and strengthening business relationships, contributing to organizational growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, advisory, or commercial roles, preferably in the insurance or benefits sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to close opportunities (Closer).
• High service orientation and results-driven mindset, with a competitive mentality.
• Ability to work remotely, using digital tools, internet, mobile, and laptop.
• Availability to work part-time with a flexible schedule that adapts to personal and work needs.
• Education in areas related to administration, marketing, or technology is valued.
