• Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule and tailor training sessions, ensuring optimal support and growth for real estate agents.

Requirements

• High School diploma, or equivalent, is required.
• A minimum of three years of work experience in Learning & Development specifically tailored to adults is required, with proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs that speak to learning styles and needs of adult learners.
• Experience in the real estate sector or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Strong familiarity with the technology platforms and digital marketing tools relevant to the real estate industry is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
• Competence in assessing training needs, monitoring training effectiveness, and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve training programs.
