We’re seeking a detail orientated Bookkeeper to help our client’s Digital Marketing Agency. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring accurate accounting records. In Short

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements on a monthly and annual basis.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Manage payroll (fortnightly), bank reconciliations and cashflow management.
• Assist with tax preparation and planning, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Track and manage budgets, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
• Provide reports and insights to management regarding financial performance.
• Utilise Xero software to streamline operations and maintain organised records.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
• Experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
• Familiarity with Xero software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
