Bookkeeper - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly accurate and dependable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations across our multi-unit business, which includes a brewery, restaurant, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) distribution.

In Short

• Manage payroll processing across all business units.
• Generate and reconcile customer invoices.
• Process vendor bills and manage payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership.
• Assist with updating and maintaining finance models.
• Work across teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Support variance analysis and financial insights.
• Flexible working hours with required overlap during East Coast mornings/evenings.
