Overview

The Enablon Support Specialist will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Enablon software, focusing on user incident management and ensuring the stability of deployments.

In Short

  • Provide L2 and L3 support for Enablon incidents.
  • Manage user incident management and access requests.
  • Monitor error messages and validate active clients.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Create monthly KPIs on data completeness.
  • 5 years of experience in the EHS domain required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fully remote position.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with Enablon software.
  • Certified in Enablon modules.
  • Functional knowledge of EHS modules.
  • Strong understanding of EHS concepts.
  • Experience with EHSQ standards.
  • Ability to interpret business needs into requirements.
  • Experience in configuring Enablon implementations.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Enablon solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation for support.
  • Champion Level Certification in Enablon preferred.
