Security Field Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Security Field Engineer will help manage customer engagements pre and post implementation for technical based requests, ensuring customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.

In Short

• Manage ongoing or in progress customer engagements
• Work closely with platform product team on customer requests, bugs, or enhancements
• Develop and integrate specific customer detection use cases or integrations with the customer
• Normalization of datasets/login in customer environments
• Assist with customer presentations, demos, etc
• Assist with automation of tasks related to customer onboarding
• Assist in new feature development and product strategy based on customer usage and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• 7 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center and/or working for a SIEM Solution
• 3-5 years experience in a customer facing role
• Sales Engineering and/or Customer Success experience preferred
• Data Engineering experience preferred
