Overview

The ServiceNow Case Management Specialist will focus on implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, particularly for public sector clients, with responsibilities that include case management and system integration.

In Short

  • Implement ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).
  • Manage PHI-sensitive applications securely.
  • Develop customer support case management solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Lead migrations from ServiceNow Commercial Cloud to FedRAMP GCC.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems like HRMS and Customer Portals.
  • Migrate legacy system data onto the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work with Archer GRC Tools for integration.
  • Implement GenAI capabilities to enhance customer support.
  • Remote work with possible onsite requirements in Sacramento.
  • Complete a prescreen survey for application consideration.

Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow PSDS implementations.
  • Background in secure PHI-sensitive application development.
  • Experience in customer support solutions on ServiceNow.
  • Migration experience to FedRAMP GCC.
  • Integration experience with enterprise systems.
  • Data migration experience to ServiceNow.
