Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

The Solution Architect is a subject matter expert and business process technologist who works as part of a team to manage our overall solution design and implementation of Anthology’s student information system (SIS), Anthology Student.

In Short

• Providing guidance and support from presales through the project lifecycle.
• Facilitating solution design sessions and documentation.
• Guiding implementation teams with configuration and user acceptance testing.
• Managing responsibilities of Functional and Technical teams during implementation.
• Playing a vital role in translation between Functional and Technical teams.
• Driving continuous process improvement in the implementation methodology.
• Conducting in-progress project reviews for compliance.
• Taking ownership for overall project success.
• Coaching and mentoring Implementation Consultants.
• Participating in after-hour meetings with management and customers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in higher education.
• 5 years working with project teams in software installation and implementation.
• Experience conducting presentations and training sessions.
• Data management and transformation experience.
• Adaptability to learn new technologies.
• Software troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven effective listening skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
