Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

Brydon Gama is seeking a Solution Architect to support ongoing technology initiatives, overseeing solution architecture and playing a key role in a technology transformation initiative that aligns with business goals.

In Short

• Define the strategic technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze industry technology trends and assess their potential value.
• Build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions to understand current and future system requirements.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and modernization.
• Develop and present solution designs and recommendations.
• Mediate intersystem design decisions, including integration strategies.
• Document current and transition-state architectures.
• Guide technology selection and define standards and lifecycles.
• Mentor and coach technology teams on best practices in system architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture within a complex IT environment.
• Proven ability to define and lead the architectural vision for an organization.
• Experience in mid-size enterprise ERP/CRM implementation is a strong asset.
• Professional certifications (TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate) are preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft D365, particularly Financials (FI) module, is an asset.
