In Short

• Processing monthly and off cycle payrolls for an international employee population, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Completing all tax withholding notices for all federal, state, and local authorities that affect payroll
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all garnishment notices
• Reviewing and auditing the time keeping system for accuracy
• Researching payroll issues concerning earnings, deductions, taxes, etc.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
• Supporting the development and monitoring of all internal controls
• Partnering with various functional areas to provide data and reports as needed
• Supporting various initiatives related to payroll including mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English at CEFR B2 level or above
• At least 3 years of prior relevant payroll experience for a mid-size company
• Familiarity with LATAM international payroll tax withholding
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proven experience with Ultipro and UKG OneView or similar HRIS
