As a Business Analyst at Anthology, you will play a crucial role in delivering education and technology solutions, helping to empower educators and institutions.

• Work directly with customers to understand integration and customization requirements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with business process design and re-engineering.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of functional business process flows.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prepare technical and non-technical briefings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in facilitating team discussions.
