RPA Developer (m/f/d) – Full-time or Freelance - Remote

Overview

Our client is a leading provider of daycare centers with over 50 locations and a team of dedicated professionals committed to high-quality care and education. In Germany, the company employs around 450 staff and is part of an international group that operates approximately 800 daycare centers in Europe with 11,000 employees. To strengthen the team with home office and about 2 days/week in-office presence at the headquarters in Wuppertal, we are looking for an RPA Developer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

In Short

• Analyze existing processes in various departments such as HR, Finance, or Facility Management.
• Identify automation potential.
• Independently develop and maintain RPA processes focusing on departmental needs.
• Coordinate collaboration with the central RPA team in the Netherlands.
• Document requirements, monitor implementation progress, and test automated solutions.
• Introduce new ideas, e.g., on topics like AI-supported document processing.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, automation technology, process management, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid experience in RPA development, ideally with UiPath (Power Automate or comparable tools are a plus).
• Knowledge of process optimization methods such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, or similar approaches.
• Very good German and good English skills (for coordination with international colleagues).
