Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Solutions Architect to design technical systems that are secure, scalable, and trusted by both clinicians and families. This role bridges business needs with resilient technology design.

In Short

• Define and document system architecture for critical services.
• Evaluate tools and technologies to meet scaling needs.
• Create blueprints and diagrams that bring clarity to complex systems.
• Provide technical leadership across product and engineering.
• Lead a team of 4–6 engineers across the full stack.
• Drive architecture and implementation decisions for our core platform.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
• Manage and evolve our AWS infrastructure.
• Coach and mentor engineers, helping them grow.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technical priorities with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solutions architecture experience.
• Proven record of designing scalable, long-standing systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with serverless frameworks.
• Communication skills to make complex ideas clear.
• A focus on trust, simplicity, and long-term stability in execution.
