Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Voicebot Innovator - Remote

As an AI voicebot company, we are revolutionizing communication in the healthcare sector through intelligent, voice-based automation.

In Short

• Responsible for the entire backend of the AI voicebot as well as the frontend and backend CRM.
• Plan, develop, and scale our voicebot solution.
• Administer and further develop the CRM stack in Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js.
• Develop and implement complex integrations with external systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ensure seamless data flows and efficient processes.
• Define and maintain a robust software architecture focusing on stability and scalability.
• Establish and optimize DevOps processes (CI/CD) on Microsoft Azure.
• Utilize productive Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance our voicebot solution.
• Collaborate closely with CTO/CPO, product management, and the dev team.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical coaching for the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Deep experience in the productive use of LLMs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and E2E responsibility.
• Strong DevOps skills in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD processes, and automation.
• Experience integrating third-party systems.
• Some leadership experience and a team player mentality.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Startup mindset with resilience and a go-the-extra-mile attitude.
