Principal Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/d) - SaaS & AI in Healthcare - Remote

At annicare, we are a digital health startup from Berlin with a big vision: we relieve healthcare providers through autonomous AI agents and automations, allowing them to fully dedicate their time to patients. As an AI voicebot company, we are revolutionizing communication in the healthcare sector through intelligent, voice-based automation.

In Short

• Responsible for the entire backend of the AI voicebot as well as the frontend and backend CRM.
• Planning, development, and scaling of our voicebot solution.
• Administration and further development of the CRM stack in Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js.
• Development and implementation of complex integrations.
• Ensuring seamless data flows and efficient processes.
• Definition and maintenance of a robust software architecture.
• Establishment and optimization of DevOps processes (CI/CD) on Microsoft Azure.
• Utilization of productive Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Close collaboration with CTO/CPO, product management, and the development team.
• Mentoring for the development of new and existing team members.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Deep experience in the productive use of LLMs.
• Solid understanding of architecture and end-to-end responsibility.
• Strong DevOps skills in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in integrating third-party systems.
• Enjoyment in mentoring and coaching.
• Residence near Berlin or willingness to travel (approximately once a month).
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Startup mindset: resilience and a go-the-extra-mile attitude.
