In Short

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Policy across all lines of business within Angi.
• Participate in shadowing, focus groups, and audit survey feedback.
• Develop a structure to improve homeowner satisfaction.
• Ensure a consistent and efficient homeowner experience.
• Partner with Care Operations to test and implement new workflows.
• Support offshore BPO vendors to ensure service quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience or an adjacent field.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and experience principles.
• Proven track record of success in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Suite and Looker.

• The salary band for this position ranges from $75,000 - $117,000.
