Our client is now seeking an International Construction Manager who not only manages construction sites but also shapes building culture.

In Short

• As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for your own projects from the purchase contract to assembly.
• You will independently implement projects in wood modular construction from preparation to completion.
• You will personally support clients and guide them safely through all project phases.
• You will resolve technical questions in a solution-oriented manner and identify optimization potentials early, especially in awarding and execution processes.
• You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, from the planning team to the trades on site.
• You will independently find suppliers, obtain offers, and manage material procurement.
• You will keep quality, deadlines, and budgets in check and intervene before critical issues arise.
• You will actively contribute your experience to the further development of products and processes.

Requirements

• You bring at least 10 years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in wood or modular construction.
• A technical education (HTL, FH, TU, or comparable) forms your solid foundation.
• You are an organizational talent with pronounced problem-solving skills.
• Project management is not just a buzzword for you but a lived practice, even at a high pace.
• Experience on construction sites, improvisational talent, and a 'thick skin' are part of your profile.
• You think entrepreneurially and work independently, methodically, and solution-oriented.
• Familiarity with digital tools in construction is a plus; Revit or BIM is advantageous but not a must.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
