Our client is now looking for a Construction Manager who not only manages construction sites but also shapes construction culture.

In Short

• Responsible for projects from contract signing to assembly.
• Independently implement projects in wooden modular construction from preparation to completion.
• Personally supervise clients and guide them through all project phases.
• Address technical questions in a solution-oriented manner and identify optimization potentials early.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners from the planning team to the trades on site.
• Independently find suppliers, obtain offers, and manage material procurement.
• Maintain oversight of quality, deadlines, and budgets, intervening before issues arise.
• Actively contribute to the further development of products and processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in wood or modular construction.
• A technical education (HTL, FH, TU, or comparable) forms a solid foundation.
• Strong organizational skills with pronounced problem-solving abilities.
• Project management is not just a buzzword for you but a lived practice, even under high pressure.
• Experience on construction sites, improvisational talent, and resilience are key attributes.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and work independently, methodically, and solution-oriented.
• Familiarity with digital tools in construction; knowledge of Revit or BIM is a plus but not a must.
• Very good German language skills in both written and spoken form complete your profile.
