Do you want to shape dental technology actively, not just execute it? We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a dental laboratory focused on implant solutions in Lauterach, Vorarlberg.

In Short

• Lead the entire dental laboratory.
• Coordinate daily work assignments.
• Conduct aesthetic fittings directly at the client's practice.

• Act as a point of contact for dentists and internal departments.

Requirements

• Completed training as a dental technician or master dental technician.
• At least 3 years of experience in dental technology and digital workflows, preferably with Exocad software.
• Technical understanding and trained eye for aesthetics and modern dental technology.
• Extroverted personality with natural communication skills.
• Very good German language skills (customer contact on-site).
• Organizational talent with an overview and structure, even under time pressure.
• Nice to have: Initial experience in team coordination, laboratory structure, or organization.
