Laboratory Manager in Dental Technology - Remote

Overview

Are you looking to not only perform dental technology but actively shape it? We are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Laboratory Manager in Dental Technology at a growing, digitally oriented dental laboratory focused on implant solutions in Lauterach (Vorarlberg).

In Short

• Lead the entire dental laboratory (currently 2 employees, planned 6–8 in 2 years)
• Daily assignment and coordination of work orders
• Conduct aesthetic fittings directly in the practices at the client's site
• Quality assurance, final inspection, and technical responsibility for all work
• Act as a contact person for dentists, practice teams, and internal departments
• Promote the professional development of your team
• Integrate new technologies, digital workflows (especially with Exocad) and materials
• Contribute to the strategic development of the dental technology sector
• Monitor material management and profitability of the laboratory

Requirements

• Completed training as a dental technician or master dental technician
• At least 3 years of experience in dental technology and digital workflows, preferably with Exocad software
• Technical understanding, a trained eye for aesthetics, and modern dental technology
• Extroverted personality with natural communication strength
• Very good German language skills (customer contact on-site)
• Organizational talent with an overview and structure – even under time pressure
• Nice to have: initial experience in team coordination, laboratory structure, or organization
