Overview

You want to not only execute dental technology but actively shape it? For a growing, digitally oriented dental laboratory focusing on implant solutions, we are looking for an experienced professional for the Laboratory Management Dental Technology in Lauterach (Vorarlberg).

In Short

• Lead the entire dental laboratory (currently 2 employees, planned 6-8 in 2 years)
• Daily assignment and coordination of work orders
• Conduct aesthetic fittings directly at the practice with the customer on-site
• Quality assurance, final control, and technical responsibility for all work
• Point of contact for dentists, practice teams, and internal departments
• Promote the professional development of your team
• Integration of new technologies, digital workflows (especially with Exocad) and materials
• Contribute to the strategic further development of the dental technology area
• Monitor the material management and profitability of the laboratory

Requirements

• Completed training as a dental technician or master dental technician
• At least 3 years of experience in dental technology and in the digital workflow, preferably with Exocad software
• Technical understanding, a trained eye for aesthetics, and modern dental technology
• Extroverted personality with natural communication strength
• Very good German language skills (customer contact on-site)
• Organizational talent with an overview and structure – even under time pressure
