Our client is now seeking a Construction Manager for Timber Construction who not only manages construction sites but also helps shape construction culture.

In Short

• You are responsible for your own projects from the purchase contract to assembly.
• You independently implement projects in timber modular construction – from preparation to completion.
• You personally support clients and guide them safely through all project phases.
• You clarify technical questions in a solution-oriented manner and recognize optimization potentials early on.
• You coordinate internal teams and external partners – from the planning team to the trades on site.
• You find suppliers independently, obtain quotes, and take care of material procurement.
• You keep quality, deadlines, and budgets in check and intervene before critical issues arise.
• You actively contribute your experience to the further development of products and processes.

Requirements

• You bring at least 7 years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in timber or modular construction.
• A technical education (HTL, FH, TU or comparable) forms your solid foundation.
• You are an organizational talent with strong problem-solving skills.
• Project management is not just a buzzword for you, but a lived practice – even at high speed.
• Experience on construction sites, improvisational talent, and resilience are part of your profile.
• You think entrepreneurially and work independently, methodically, and solution-oriented.
• You are familiar with digital tools in construction – Revit or BIM are a plus, not a must.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form round off your profile.
