Anesthesia Dynamics is seeking dedicated Patient Advocates to join our fully remote team, providing support in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position supporting a call center team.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from patients.
  • Assist with billing-related questions and payment processing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or patient service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with medical billing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
