Production Design Manager - Remote

Overview

As Production Design Manager, you will be joining a collaborative team of detail-oriented problem-solvers who work extremely hard to deliver high-quality work. You will work closely with product owners, design leadership, developers, and curriculum experts to extend and improve Amplify’s English Language Art curriculum.

• Improve design production pipeline and asset delivery processes.
• Communicate design project status across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing print production processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with project schedules and trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders.
• Experience in high volume and fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with time management platforms like Trello or Smartsheets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits

• The hourly rate range for this role is $55 - $60.
