Manager, Production Design - Remote

Overview

AG1 is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manager, Production Design to support the creation and execution of production-ready assets across various channels. This role will ensure all print, digital, and web files meet technical requirements while upholding brand standards.

In Short

• Oversee the production and delivery of assets for print, digital, and web.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Develop and implement workflows to improve efficiency.
• Manage the production process from concept to final output.
• Review and prepare materials for various formats.
• Support the creation of executive presentations.
• Provide guidance to junior designers.
• Assist with light motion design tasks.
• Work closely with internal production teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production design or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Keynote.
• Solid understanding of pre-press and digital production workflows.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with motion design and animation is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with consumer product brands.
