The Manager of Product Design will lead the product design efforts within the Product Experience team at SportsEngine, guiding a talented group of designers to deliver visually stunning, intuitive, and accessible experiences across digital products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing designers.
• Exceptional UI design skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-informed design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Strong product intuition and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
