Operations Specialist, Product Relations - Remote

Overview

The Operations Specialist, Product Relations will support the Manager, Product Relations in developing optimal product configurations and maintaining processes between Supply Chain Operations and Product Development to ensure high-quality results.

In Short

• Support product configuration framework development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years managing print production or materials kit production.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Intermediate financial knowledge (e.g. calculating margin, ROI analysis).
• Experience with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Passion for education technology.
• Experience delivering customer service to strategic customers.
