Overview

The Associate System Application Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of internal applications assigned to Amplifiers, working closely with stakeholders and technical resources to align systems with company goals.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day administration of assigned applications.
  • Provide customer service and troubleshoot support tickets.
  • Develop relationships with software providers and vendors.
  • Assist with change management tasks related to application updates.
  • Maintain policy and technical procedure documentation.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in IT or 2 years of related experience.
  • Basic communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of system administration and SaaS support.
  • Experience with troubleshooting applications.
  • Preferred: 3 years supporting SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience in change management practices.
  • Collaborative mindset across business lines.
