In Short

• Design and refine intuitive user interfaces for fleet monitoring dashboard using Figma.
• Develop responsive frontend components in Vue.js with modern CSS.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Maintain a cohesive design system and component library.
• Optimize performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Translate complex telemetry data into user-friendly interfaces.
• Contribute to product strategy through design critiques.
• Work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Focus on creating tools that drive real environmental change.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design and frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Advanced skills in Figma, with experience in design systems.
• Experience designing interfaces for complex data and analytics.
• Background in B2B SaaS, IoT dashboards, or energy/sustainability tools.
• Experience with build tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
• User research and usability testing experience.
• Startup experience or desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
