Front-End Developer & UX/UI Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled hybrid Front-End Developer & UI/UX Designer to help finalize and polish the front end of our AI-powered CRM platform. The system is nearly complete but needs a strong hand to enhance its design and user experience.

In Short

• A custom-built CRM that allows clients to interact with their system via WhatsApp.
• Features include AI-powered chatbot communication, lead management, report generation, and more.
• Current Status: 99% functional – backend and features are ready, but the design needs improvement.
• Tech Stack: Node.js, Python, Vue.js.
• Audit the current front-end and design for UX/UI improvements.
• Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web use.
• Implement those designs directly using Vue.js.
• Ensure compatibility across devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate closely with the backend team and participate in short daily check-in calls.
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with Vue.js.

Requirements

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in CRM, SaaS, or dashboard environments.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ability to create and apply reusable UI components.
• Strong eye for detail, layout, color, and typography.
• Experience working on web apps with AI or chatbot integration is a plus.
• Able to work independently and deliver fast turnarounds.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
