Front-End Developer (UI/UX) - Remote

Overview

Choisys Technology is seeking a Web and Graphics Developer to support the Legal Center & School (LLC) in Charlottesville, VA. This hybrid role supports the development and maintenance of web pages, user interface design, and digital graphics for internal training and communication platforms.

In Short

• 90% remote - 10% onsite.
• In-person attendance required every other Tuesday.
• Initial onboarding period will require daily in-person attendance for up to one month.
• Design and maintain visually modern and intuitive web pages.
• Develop layouts and templates prioritizing user experience and accessibility.
• Collaborate with other web developers to implement designs and features.
• Create and edit graphics based on customer needs.
• Troubleshoot front-end display issues and participate in routine site updates.
• Provide design input for content updates and optimization projects.
• Track and report website usage statistics as needed.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in UX design principles and responsive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
