Choisys Technology is seeking a Help Desk professional to provide support for a DoW customer at Fort Eustis, VA, focusing on customer service and technical problem resolution.

In Short

• Positive customer service attitude required.
• Coordinate trouble tickets with engineers.
• Act as liaison between Help Desk and System Engineers.
• Answer Help Desk calls and respond to tickets.
• Process Training Requests and format reports.
• 2 years of Help Desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Windows 11 and MS Office experience required.
• Ability to obtain COMPTIA Security+ CE certification.
• Secret clearance preferred; must be a US Citizen.
• Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Requirements

• 2 years Help Desk experience or similar customer service area.
• Help Desk Institute (HDI) Customer Service Representative (preferred).
• Windows 11 experience.
• Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain COMPTIA Security+ CE certification within 6 months.
• Secret clearance preferred; must be a US Citizen.
