Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with relevant experience in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, RDF, SPARQL, and SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical data analytics.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of semantic modeling and ontology development.
• Familiarity with graph databases.
• Experience in life sciences data management is a plus.
