• Lead Supplier Quality Management (SQM) Quality Management System (QMS) processes.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Systems and Supplier Quality.
• Experience with digital transformation and AI in quality processes.
• Strong knowledge of global health authority expectations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Proven track record in process ownership and governance.
• Experience supporting audits and inspections.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
