Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of patient services experience, or equivalent.
• Scientific or clinical background preferred.
• Experience with access and reimbursement for buy and bill products.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and FDA requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage difficult patient cases effectively.
• Professional demeanor with a proactive approach.
• Ability to respond quickly to prevent treatment lapses.
• Team player with a strategic mindset.
