In Short

• Function as a Digital Technology Data and Analytics Data Engineer within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product team.
• Integrate data and develop ETL pipelines in Databricks datalake environment.
• Lead data analysis and insights user stories.
• Work closely with business analysts, software engineers, and product owners.
• Research AI/LLM based solutions and drive proof of concepts.
• Communicate software designs using modeling tools.
• Develop test classes and automation to validate business logic.
• Stay abreast of trends in DevOps methodologies.
• Develop technical design and business documentation for end users.
• Debug and solve inbound customer challenges.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with 5 to 9 years of experience in Information Systems.
• 3+ years in developing Data and Analytics Data Lake systems.
• Experience with Databricks, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau.
• Familiarity with AWS services and security frameworks.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in a regulated business environment is preferred.
• SAFe for Teams certification is preferred.
• Experience with project management software like JIRA is a plus.
