Business Analytics and Insights Manager - Remote

Overview

The Business Analytics & Insights Manager will drive the commercial insights, forecasting and analytics efforts for several inline and pipeline products in the SEA region with key focus on Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia.

• Drive commercial insights and forecasting activities for key brands in the SEA region.
• Conduct primary market research and secondary analytics.
• Deliver market and sales analysis to improve brand value.
• Coordinate the forecasting process relative to allocated brands.
• Translate business needs into analytical plans for market research.
• Manage several projects ensuring quality expectations are met.
• Collaborate with various functions including marketing and finance.
• Provide insights to influence decision-making.
• Work closely with JAPAC BAI community.
• Report to the JAPAC BAI Director.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of pharmaceutical market analysis experience OR Master's degree and 4 years OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to translate business questions into research plans.
• Expertise in market analysis and forecasting.
• Strong ecosystem knowledge in key SEA markets.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Project management skills.
• Proficient analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industrial data (IQVIA, etc.).
