Associate Supply Chain – Controls & Compliance - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Supply Chain, you will support Global Supply Chain Controls & Compliance activities, ensuring adaptability and compliance of distribution processes and master data management.

In Short

• Ownership and processing of Quality Management System (QMS) records.
• Creation and revision of controlled GxP documentation.
• Support and administration of distribution lane set-up via internal systems.
• SAP master data creation and maintenance for distribution lanes.
• Preparation of monthly KPIs and metrics.
• Creation of standard and ad-hoc reports to supervise lane performance.
• Collaboration in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
• Associate degree and 6 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED and 8 years of experience.
• Project management skills.
• Solid understanding of GMP and GDP.
• Experience using SAP ERP systems.
• Experience with distribution planning and logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Motivated self-starter with business acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguity.
