In Short

• Participate in a 26-month rotational program in Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum GPA of 3.20 preferred.
• Proven leadership skills through extracurricular or work experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends.
• Intellectual curiosity and a dedicated approach to success.
• Global mentality with a willingness to relocate.
