In Short

• This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position.
• Schedules are Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday.
• Hours are 10am - 7pm EST OR 11am - 8pm EST.
• Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners.
• Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information.
• Establish and maintain rapport with customers.
• Transfer qualified warm leads to licensed Loan Officers.
• Set appointments with consumers for the Loan Officers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• No prior mortgage experience required.

Requirements

• Inside or field sales experience preferred.
• Call center experience strongly preferred.
• Telesales experience preferred.
• Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be independent and self-motivated.
