In Short

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI applications.
• Architect and deploy Gen AI applications using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Integrate AI solutions with Azure OpenAI and GCP Vertex AI.
• Work with unstructured data and multimodal models.
• Implement LLMOps practices including prompt versioning and observability.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to long-term AI strategy.
• Continuously assess emerging Gen AI technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering or data science, with 3+ years in Gen AI or LLM-based systems.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with REST API development and cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI governance and model safety.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver AI applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
