Senior Project Manager of Education, Continuing Medical Education (CME) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager of Education, Continuing Medical Education (CME) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a portfolio of accredited continuing medical education activities from concept through post activity evaluation. This role ensures that all educational initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in full compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and certification requirements.

• Manage a portfolio of accredited CME activities
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and certification requirements
• Develop project charters and comprehensive project plans
• Utilize project management tools for tracking progress
• Coordinate with stakeholders including faculty and vendors
• Monitor project budgets and timelines
• Support annual meeting planning and execution
• Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) management
• Assist with accreditation documentation and compliance
• Lead post-project reviews for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Public Health, Education, or related field
• 7-10 years of project management experience in healthcare or education
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheets)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
• PMP or similar certification required
• Experience with CME and LMS platforms
• Ability to design workflows and dashboards
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20%
